Return & Warranty Policy

8Sinn products are returnable.

There is a 1-year warranty to all 8Sinn accessories.

These are the fundamental rules regarding returns: 

Returns:

• Returned product may not bear traces of use, be damaged, or scratched;
• There is a 14-day cancellation period;
• Damaged or scratched products are not considered returnable;
• The customer bears the shipping cost for the returned goods

Exchanges:

• Defective products can be returned according to the 1-year warranty.
• Defective items may be repaired/exchanged/refunded;

Refunds:

• If you paid by Paypal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your Paypal/credit card account;
• We have 7 business days to make a refund
